Orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail.
- All pieces are carefully handcrafted— please allow up to 5 business days for processing and craftsmanship.
- All shipments will send a tracking # to the provided email address/phone number once shipped.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address/ phone number provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
Due to COVID 19, please allow additional days for processing and shipping, we apologize for any inconvenience
Counting business days - Shipping days are 24-hour days. If you place your order on Monday (before 2pm ET), then 1 business day would be Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday (after 2pm ET), then 1 business day would be Wednesday.
From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible!
ECONOMY TRANSIT TIMES
Transit times are estimated based on outbound shipping schedules as provided by FedEx SmartPost. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as they are subject to disruptions in service and are only provided as a guideline.
Northeast: 2-7 business days
Midwest: 2-9 business days
South: 2-9 business days
West: 2-9 business days
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product for store credit or a full refund . Please email our team at email@example.com to make exchanges

***in case of a damaged product or a wrong product, we will refund you immediately, or send a replacement product. You can simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us a picture of the damaged product and we will take it forward and let you know where to send the item.***
